ABOUT THIS CALCULATOR Ver:1013.10.07
With our Enercon calculator you can do a whole range of energy conversions, thus providing
you with all the necessary information such as energy consumed in kwh and joules when heating any specific metal
of whatever specific mass. The energy conversion calculator also cantains the specific heat capacity
of most common metals required by the calculator.
All that is required of you is to enter some data, such as the specific heat capacity of the metal to be
heated, the temperature required and the mass of the metal and then press 'Calculate', as easy as that.
You can also calculate the energy used while bringing a kettle to the boil for instance, simply enter the
duration in hours, the current and voltage.
Also calculate the energy used, and motor size, required to pump an amount of liquid. Simply enter the period
in minutes, the head to pump in meters and the liters per hour.
We have thrown in a little calculation to obtain the inductance and reactance by entering the resistance in
